Appointment Policy

All services at Yano Skincare are offered by appointment only.
A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment. Your card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show according to the policies listed here.

Cancellation Policy

To avoid a cancellation fee, please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made within the 24-hour window will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service.

No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to arrive for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service fee.

Multiple no-shows may result in limited scheduling privileges or require prepayment for future appointments.

Late Arrival Policy

To ensure all clients receive their full treatment time, please arrive promptly.

If you are 10 minutes or more late, your service may need to be shortened.
If we are unable to proceed with the service due to late arrival, the appointment will be considered a late cancellation, and the 50% fee will apply.

Health & Wellness Policy

For the safety and well-being of all clients, please reschedule if you are ill, experiencing symptoms, or have any contagious condition.

Clients who arrive visibly unwell will be asked to reschedule.
Fees will be waived if you notify us of illness before your appointment time.

Refund Policy

All services and products are non-refundable.
